Whether you are buying a house on your own or through a real estate agent, we can provide quality legal advice as to the ramifications related to the purchase and closing documents you are being asked to sign, as well as interpretation of the title search and examination and title insurance policy prior to closing.  We also legally represent sellers of real estate who are selling property on their own who choose not to retain a real estate agent.   While we do not provide the services of a real estate agent related to the listing and showing of the property, we draft the real estate contract and guide a seller through the entire sales cycle, including review and approval of all closing documents.

If you are planning to sell, purchase or lease a commercial property, our attorneys are experienced real estate transaction attorneys who work with brokers and leasing agents on a regular basis.  Many times, a commercial real estate transaction requires that the buyer and/or the seller interface with governmental entities during the due diligence process in order to obtain permits, approvals, variances, or other regulatory requirements.  Our law firm can facilitate each of these processes in order to ensure that the transaction is successful.
