Mackenzie Burch
Mackenzie joined Farrell & Martin in 2022 as an associate attorney working predominately with family law clients. She obtained her J.D from University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law and her B.S in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Truman State University. During her time at University of Missouri– Kansas City School of Law, Mackenzie served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Kathleen Sloan in the Child in Need of Care Court where she became passionate about helping children and their families. Additionally, she was published in the Journal of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers for ‘The Changing Landscape of Spousal Support.’
Mackenzie understands the difficulty that comes with divorce and custody proceedings. She strives to ensure that each client knows that they are being heard and that she will consistently put her best foot forward on each matter. Mackenzie believes that clients should be met with respect, understanding, and trust so that clients are able to rely on her during an emotional and painful time.
Outside of the office, Mackenzie spends her time with her family. She also enjoys traveling, cycling, and spending time at the dog park.
She is a member of the Missouri Bar and the St. Charles County Bar Association.
