Mackenzie Burch
Mackenzie joined Farrell & Martin in 2023 as an associate attorney working predominately in the area of family law consisting of divorces, paternity actions, contempt and enforcement, and modifications of prior Judgments. Mackenzie understands the difficulty and emotional stress that accompanies family law matters and diligently strives to provide dedicated advocacy for her clients. Mackenzie believes that clients should be met with respect and understanding and helps them navigate the legal process with honest and effective legal advice.
She obtained her J.D from University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law and her B.S in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Truman State University. During her time at University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law, Mackenzie served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Kathleen Sloan in the Child in Need of Care Court where she became passionate about helping children and their families. Additionally, she was published in the Journal of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers for ‘The Changing Landscape of Spousal Support.’ She is a member of the Missouri Bar and the St. Charles County Bar Association. Outside of the office, Mackenzie spends time with her family and enjoys traveling and cycling.
