Drivers License Suspension & Reinstatement

SMALL FIRM
EXPERT ADVICE
GREAT RESULTS

The State of Missouri strictly has enacted laws which result in the suspension or revocation of a person’s driver’s license.  If your driver’s license has been suspended or revoked from the State of Missouri, there are options with respect to when you can get your driver’s license reinstated.  Often times, individuals are eligible for hardship licenses or temporary driver’s licenses under specific circumstances.  If your suspension is due to an alcohol-related event, there are new laws that allow for permits to drive to and from work in certain situations with the installation of an ignition interlock device and purchase of an SR-22 insurance policy.  Additionally, you may seek a hardship license if you have been suspended due to driving without insurance by purchasing an SR-22 insurance policy and entering into an installment payment agreement for any damages you have caused to another vehicle.  Finally, there are laws available to obtain a full reinstatement through the license bureau or the state courts under particular circumstances.  Contact us to determine whether you are eligible for any such hardship licenses or reinstatement.
