Curtis Niewald is a civil litigator with the law firm of Farrell & Martin. After graduating from St. Louis University School of Law, Curtis has gone on to try hundreds of bench trials and numerous jury trials in a variety of different areas of the law. He has assisted clients with cases ranging from a simple eviction proceeding to complex personal injury or business litigation. Curtis understands that litigation can be a stressful time for his clients, and strives to help guide them through the difficult and often lengthy litigation process. He is licensed in the state courts for both Missouri and Illinois, and has practiced before the Eastern District Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern District of Missouri.
He is a member of the Missouri and Illinois Bar, St. Charles County Bar Association, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL), and BNI – Rewards Thru Referrals Chapter.
In his free time, Curtis enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys, and enjoys skiing, hunting, fishing, spending time outdoors, St. Louis sports, and foreign travel. He regularly volunteers his time with the BAMSL Mock Trial program at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Olivette, and teaches Junior Achievement.
